Yes. The James F. Martin Inn Pool & Cabana is open seasonally to hotel guests and Walker Golf Course Members. It features a saltwater pool, hot tub, and cabana, all with views overlooking Lake Hartwell.

The Walker Course at Clemson University is a par-72 championship layout located on the banks of Lake Hartwell. The course has been recognized by the South Carolina Golf Association as one of the best golf courses in the state, awarded “Best You Can Play” by the South Carolina Golf Panel, and voted number one in Golfers Choice’s “Best 25 College Golf Courses” for 2021.

Designed by DJ DeVictor, the course features Diamond Zoysia greens, Bermuda fairways, and multiple tee options for golfers of all skill levels. Rental clubs, a golf shop with Clemson apparel, an overseeded year-round practice range, and private lessons with PGA professionals are available.

During Clemson home football weekends, we do not accept standard reservations. Instead, we open a waitlist for guests interested in staying with us.

• Waitlists typically open after the football schedule is released, generally in late January or early February.
• You can join the waitlist by contacting the front desk directly.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a room, but it places you in line to be contacted if a reservation becomes available.
• As rooms become available through cancellations or additional inventory, we work through the waitlist in order and contact guests to offer the open room.
• If we are unable to reach you or you cannot accept the room at that time, we will move to the next guest on the list.
